Green Bay Police Investigating Death of Newborn

Two Day Old Newborn's Death Being Investigated by Green Bay Police

Green Bay, WI - The Green Bay Police Department is investigating the death of a 2 day old male newborn.

At approximately 11:26 am on January 6, 18, police and the Green Bay Metro Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of Marquette Ave. The caller reported the two day old male infant was not breathing, not conscious, and had no pulse.

When the police arrived on scene, police and rescue found that the child had passed away.

Detectives from the Green Bay Police Department are investigating the incident and will release further information no sooner than Monday.

Investigators have determined the death of the two-day-old baby is no longer suspicious.
