Green Bay Knife-Wielding Robbery Suspects Identified



Green Bay, WI - On Saturday, December 30, police arrested three men in connection to a rash of armed robberies in Green Bay, Ashwaubenon, De Pere, and most recently, Howard. 

The men have been identified by police today as:
  • 34 year-old Jeffrey Gross - police are requesting charges of Armed Robbery. Police believe he was involved in the Friday armed robbery of Subway on Cardinal Lane.
  • 25 year-old Joshua Way  - police are requesting two counts of Armed Robbery. Connected to the armed robbery of Subway on Cardinal Lane. 
  • 28 year-old Darrin Hill - police arrested Hill on outstanding warrants for multiple other open cases in Brown County. Requesting charges of Armed Robbery - Party to a Crime (PTAC).
The robberies occurred beginning on December 5th and ended on December 29th.

December 29 - Subway on Cardinal Lane, robbed at knife-point. Employee forced to go into the freezer.



December 28 - Dollar General on W. Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton robbed by man with knife.

December 27 - Subway on University Ave in Green Bay robbed by male with knife.

December 26 - Hardee's on West Mason / Packerland robbed at knife-point. Man got away with undisclosed amount of cash.

December 21 - Subway on W. Mason St robbed by man with knife.



Decmeber 18 - Burger King on Military Ave robbed by man with knife.

December 11 - De Pere Shell on Main Avenue robbed by man with knife.

December 11 - Dollar General on S. Military robbed by man with knife.



December 10 - Subway on Commanche Ave in Ashwaubenon robbed at knife-point.



December 5 -  Cousin's Subs on W. Mason Street robbed by man with knife.

The investigation is still ongoing and investigators are working to determine if the above suspects are responsible for all of the above robberies. The Green Bay Police Department will be holding a Press Conference with more information today at 1:30 pm.
