On 6/17/19, within boundaries of Menominee Indian Reservation, defendant, having been convicted of a prior sexual offense (2 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor), engaged in sexual contact, including hand to buttocks contact with another. Defendant admitting to knocking on the door of a home and when there was no answer, entering the home, finding the victim in her bed and removing his clothing from the waist down. Defendant then proceeded to pull the victim to the end of her bed and attempted to have sexual intercourse with her while she was sleeping. The victim woke up and screamed, causing the defendant to run from the home.
