Defendant had Child Pornography which was a digital image of a male, 12-14 years of age removing his pants.

On or about 9/16/19,  defendant in State & Eastern District of WI, knowingly distributed Child Pornography, using interstate & foreign commerce (mailed, shipped, transported), including by computer. Defendant had Child Pornography which was a digital image of a boy appearing to be approximately 13-15 years taken from a low angle showing the genitals and the child's face.

Between 8/9/18 & 10/20/19, defendant knowingly possessed matter that contained images of Child Pornography. Defendant had 3 videos. One a 4-6 year old male, one a 12-14 year old male, and another with a 5-6 year old male, all involving oral intercourse.
